- What are the Check-in and Check-out timings?
ANS: Check-in & Check-out stands at 12.00 noon for all Minerva Grand Properties except Minerva Grand Nellore where it is 24 hours for arrivals / departures between 9am to 9pm, please note early check in & late Check-out request is based on the occupancy and availability of the rooms, additional charges may apply. We recommend early arrivals may be blocked from previous day.
- How can I make a room reservation?
ANS: You have to register by creating a account on our website or you can use your 3rd party social media account like Facebook or Google to book a hotel room. You need to use Book Now option by selecting the hotel, dates of stay, no. of rooms, no. of persons and room type and book by making full payment through our payment gateway by a valid Credit or debit or by bank NEFT.
- How can I amend a room reservation?
ANS: If you have booked on-line, need to amend on the same platform or for other direct bookings, to contact our room reservations team of the respective hotel with reservation details.
- How can I cancel room reservation?
ANS: You can cancel your room reservation via the booking platform & if booked on hotel website by choosing the hotel in the booking search box and clicking onto “Hotel details”. You are now on the hotel site and will find a button “Cancel a Reservation” in the right navigation menu. To cancel your booking, you will need to enter your reservation number, which is stated on your confirmation, and your arrival date. If you cannot find your cancellation number, you can contact the platform where you have booked. Same procedure will apply for any amendment. For any cancellations of your direct reservations, please contact directly the hotel’s reservation team. Kindly note that there may be charges applicable for your cancellations & amendments as per the terms & conditions of your reservation.
- Is WIFI available at the Hotel…? / in the room..?
ANS: At all MINERVA GRAND HOTELS, secured Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the rooms and in public areas for room guests.
- Is Safe Deposit Locker available in rooms?
ANS: Safe deposit locker is available in every room and even with Front desk
- Are Refrigerators available in the rooms?
ANS: Minibar facility is available in every room, with contents consumption on chargeable basis.
- Do you offer rooms for differently disabled?
ANS: Yes, MINERVA GRAND Hotels have rooms for physically challenged with appropriate accessible equipment
- Do you offer NON Smoking Rooms and is smoking allowed in the rooms?
ANS: All of our hotel rooms & public areas are non-smoking, we do have some designated smoking areas inside the hotel premises.
- Do you offer hotel shuttles to drop at AIRPORT or RAILWAY Station?
ANS: Complimentary transportation is not available. You may contact our Concierge to assist you for booking a cab.
- Do you have a Travel desk?
Ans: we do have, and the same is out-sourced & managed by reputed Travel Agents.
- What is your room size and how many can accommodate?
The sizes of the rooms vary from hotel to hotel. Also within a hotel they vary between each category. The standard rooms start with a size of approx. 15m². Our rooms can accommodate upto 3 persons on multiple occupancy.
- Is Roll -a -way beds facility available?
Ans:We do have Roll-a-way beds on chargeable basis, please contact front desk for more information.
- Where can I get my invoice copy after departure..?
ANS: From the Front Office while checking out.
- Can we bring pets in the hotel or restaurant?
ANS: Pets are adorable but we regret that pets are not allowed in our hotels & restaurants.
- If I left something in the hotel during check out, how can I get it back?
ANS: Please contact the hotel directly. Our rooms will be cleaned daily, so that your item would probably have been found by our housekeeping team.
- Is SPA available at your hotels?
Ans:Yes we do have at our Minerva Grand Secunderabad, please contact Front Office for further information.
- Is Swimming pool available in your hotels?
ANS: No we don’t have for any of our property.
- Is Gym available at your hotels?
Ans: Basic Gymnasium available with Treadmill, Multi gym, Dumbbells, etc at all our Hotels
- Is Doctor-on-call available in your hotels?
Ans:Yes we do have, we’ve tied up with reputed hospitals.
- Do you have a business centre?
ANS: Yes we do have from 7am to 11pm.
- Do the hotels have F&B outlets and Banquets/Conference Facilities? Does Minerva Group undertake Outdoor caterings and how do I book a table or a Banquet or outdoor party?
ANS: All Minerva Grand Hotels have very popular F&B eateries, varying from one property to another and also have extensive Banqueting / Conferencing Facilities. You can book a Table in one of the Restaurants by calling the hotel or our standalone outlets or by online mode. You can also send an online query for booking request for a Banquet or Outdoor catering to the unit (hotel or standalone unit) you are interested in.
- Does Minerva Grand do home deliveries?
ANS: We do not our-selves handle deliveries, however we have few service providers as our delivery partners, you can order on their platforms. We do take online takeaway orders for you to pre-pay & order for your self pick-up. For this you have to register by creating a account on our website or you can use your 3rd party social media account like Facebook or Google to book an online order from the respective location & outlet.
- Do you offer Room service? What are the timings?
Ans:Yes we offer IN ROOM DINING round the clock with a limited overnight menu.
- Can I download the e-brochure & fact sheets?
Ans:Yes the e-brochure & fact sheets have viewing option and can be downloaded in pdf format too.
