Sri A. Ramakrishna Reddy did his graduation and has over 34 years of rich experience in the hotel industry. He oversees the day to day operations of Minerva Grand, Secunderabad and Minerva Coffee Shop, Jubilee Hills.
V. Krishna Mohan Reddy
Sri V. Krishna Mohan Reddy is a Graduate and has over 30 years of rich experience in the hotel industry. He is a successful group Finance Controller and Administrative Head, and has been associated for long with the Minerva Group. He is well experienced in Personnel and Public Relations.
Group Vice President
Ashok Hemrajani is an alumnus of IHMCTAN, Pusa, New Delhi; and has pursued MBA from IGNOU. He has over 33 years of versatile Hospitality industry experience, having worked at Clarks Group (UP Hotels Ltd), Lucknow, Agra & Jaipur; The Surya Sofitel & Nirulas at New Delhi; Ramanashree Comfort Inn Group of Hotels, Bengaluru; Hotel Golkonda & The Central Court, Hyderabad; Seasons Hotels, Udaipur and Ras Group of Hotels at Mumbai. He has himself been an entrepreneur, Restaurateur and Hospitality Consultant. He is a hands-on hotelier with acumen in F & B operations, Revenue Management & strong techno-commercial skills having been involved in concept to commissioning of many Hotels, Resorts & Restaurants Projects.
He has contributed considerably to the hospitality & tourism trade having worked as Secretary General & VP of Hotels & Restaurants of A.P (HRAAP) and has been on the Executive Committees of SKAL International Hyderabad & Association of Catering Professionals (ACP). He has been an Industry expert on Osmania University's Hotel Management colleges, IHM's at Hyderabad & Silvassa and represented in HRACC (Southern & Western Region). Till recently he was on the Advisory Boards of Hospitech & HATT forum at Mumbai. Presently he is an ECM of ACP and VP of Hotels & Restaurants of Telangana State (HRATS).
Raghvendra Kumar Purohit
Chef RK Purohit is an alumnus of IHM- Bhopal and has pursued MA from Bundalkhand University, Jhansi. He has a rich experience of 33 yrs in multifaceted hospitality industries. He has worked with various Five Star hotels at New Delhi like Qutub Hotel, Surya Sofitel, Taj Palace & Le Meridien; Dalmia Resorts, Goa; Hotel Golkonda, Hyderabad; Dolphin Group of Hotels (Ramoji Film city), Hyderabad; Butta Group of Hotels, Hyderabad and Katriya Hotel and Tower, Hyderabad.
He also has International overseas experience having worked at Le Meridien Hotel, Bagdad, Iraq. He has contributed in set up and designing of many kitchens in hotels, restaurants and school catering. He has rich experience in food festivals planning and menu engineering related to banquets, theme events / food festivals / food promotions and restaurant’s menus. During his working tenure, he has achieved HACCP Certification and ISO22000 certification. He is also an active member of Chef’s Association in Hyderabad.
K. Hariprasad Naidu
IT Manager - H.O
Mr. K. Hariprasad Naidu is a B.Com graduate and is Microsoft and CISCO Certified Engineer. He has over 14 years of experience in Hardware/ Networking and IT Infra in hospitality industry, having worked at Ramada Manohar & Katriya Hotel, Hyderabad and also worked as System Administrator in Hewlett Packard at Nellore & Tirupati.
He is a strong IT professional well versed in Computers/Servers Management, hospitality related software and IT Infra. He is proficient in team Management and trouble shooting. He has been involved in installing software at many new hotels and setting up the IT Departments.
P S Ramakrishna Reddy
General Manager, Minerva Grand Secunderabad
P S Ramakrishna Reddy is a graduate from Osmania University and pursued ADHM from JNNYC. He has 17 years of experience in hospitality industry, having worked at Ramada Manohar, ITC Fortune Katriya and Peppermint Hotels, Hyderabad. He is a strong hospitality professional with business acumen. He is an expert in the area of Front Office, Revenue cycle Management, Sales & Marketing and cost control oriented methods. He has proven track record of managing teams and operating hotels in profit.
During his tenure Minerva Grand has received the best 3 Star hotel Tourism Excellence award for 2014 from Govt of Telangana State, hotel received certificate of participation award for food fest during the 1st Telangana Formation Celebrations and the 2nd prize in 3 star Category for Bhathukamma food festival in 2015 and was adjudged as the Winner of Telangana Food Fest organized by Telangana Tourism & The Hindu during the 2nd Telangana State Formation Celebrations in June 2016.
General Manager, Minerva Grand Kondapur
Mr. Biswarup Biswas is an alumnus of IHMCTAN, Kolkata. He has over 19 years of versatile hospitality industry experience, having worked at TajSHRM – Industrial Catering services of Taj Group of Hotels Mumbai, Quality Inn Visakhapatnam; Dolphin Hotels / Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad, Best Western Goa, Nandhana Group of Hotels & Restaurants Bengaluru. He is a hands-on hotelier with acumen in F & B operations, client acquisition and business development from various verticals working with the productivity objectives and targets aimed at the achievements of the company’s short term and long term.
He himself is a Food Safety and Hygiene auditor and trained from Parikshan Chennai. He remained a key member in the pre-opening team for multiple restaurants in his career and received accolades for planning and making the business ventures successful.
During his tenure Minerva Grand Kondapur was conferred the best 3 star hotel tourism excellence award by Tourism deptt, Govt of Telangana for the year 2015.
Operations Manager, Minerva Grand Banjara
He is an alumnus of GCHMC&T, Warangal having completed Post Graduation Diploma and Master Diploma in hotel management from Jawaharlal University. He brings with him 13 years of managing & building large hospitality businesses.
Fazal’s previous assignments were as Room Division Manager at Hotel Hampshire Plaza; at The Golkonda Resorts & Spa, as Front Office Manager; ITC Fortune Katriya; and also with Hotel Sitara, Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad.
During his tenure with the company the hotel has stabilized in the day to operations and the business revenues have grown steadily.
Nageswara Rao Easa

Nageswara Rao has done MBA with specialization in Marketing from Acharya Nagarjuna University. He has over 21 years of versatile Hospitality Industry experience, having worked at Taj Residency (Vizag), The Gateway Hotel Surat and The Gateway Hotel Vijayawada (Taj Group of hotels). He is a hands-on hotelier with acumen in F & B operations. He has worked as a Restaurant Manager / Banquet Manager and Food & Beverage Manager for Taj Group of Hotels in various F&B outlets & handled various prestigious conferences of President, Prime ministers, Chief Minister’s & Governor’s programs.
He has attended various prestigious competitions and training programs on various subjects like Managerial Skills & Techniques, Menu Training workshop, etc held at the Taj group & was awarded as the Best Food & Beverage Manager. In 2014 he was awarded one of the prestigious award TABE (Taj Annual Business Excellence) award for his best performance.
He is an avid trainer, has skills in motivation, team building, Learning Development, multi-skilling, revenue management, audits of J&D (Hygiene), Mystery Audit, TPAM (Company process & systems).
He had initiated various community programs, at the Minerva Grand Vijayawada, which helps the society & the team leaders & team members for CC group.
General Manager, Minerva Grand Tirupati
A Hotel management graduate from Mangalore University. Over the years he has sharpened his skills working at different operational systems and achieved the most prestigious certification as “Fellow” of Institute of Hospitality UK.
He has vast experience of 26 years working with various groups in India and abroad. He has done trainings with Kovalam Ashok Beach Resorts & Oberoi Associated Hotels (Trident Hotel, Chennai). There-after, he began his career with “Taj West End” hotel in Food Production through campus selection as Hotel Operation Management Trainee and subsequently worked in different capacities including overseas experience of working at Riverview Inn Hotels at Brunei, West-in Hospitality service, Choice Hotels India Pvt Ltd and Usha Lexus Hotels & Resorts Pvt Ltd. In 2007, he switched over from a role of Executive Chef to general management and joined as food and Beverages Manager. In 2010 joined M/s Prashant group of hotels Pvt Ltd as Resort Manager. Subsequently, in 2012 moved to Hotel Minerva Grand Tirupati unit as pre-opening General Manager and has launched it and has been operating it successfully.
During his current tenure, the hotel was rewarded with the Tourism Excellence Award in 3 star category for 2013 by Govt of A.P and also the most prestigious National Tourism Award for Best Hotel – 3 star category for 2014-15, awarded by Ministry of Tourism, GOI.

Mr Gopinaath is a alumnus from IHM, Chennai with over 25 years hands-on experience having started as a Chef with Miami Cruise-line, then he went on to work with esteemed organisations like Hotel Kanishka (ITDC), New Delhi; Bliss Hotel, Tirupati; Fortune Kences, Tirupati; Quality Inn Daspalla Executive Court Visakhapatnam; Sangam Group of Hotels, Trichy; Royal Park, Kakinada and JC Residency Hotels at Madurai & Kodaikanal.
C. Srinivas Reddy

C. Srinivas Reddy is a B.Com Graduate from Osmania University Hyderabad. He has over 15 years of experience in hospitality Industry as Restaurant Manager / Operations Manager, having worked at The Central Court Hotel, Ramada Manohar Hotel, Green Park Hotels, Best Western Hotels and Ohri’s Group of Hotels & Restaurants at Hyderabad.
He is a strong F&B professional with business acumen in F&B Operations, managing all F&B and day-to-day operations to the highest standards. He has been involved in designing exceptional menus, knowledge transformation & PMS at many hotels in his career.

B. Kiran is from Kothagudem, bought up in Guntur and completed his BSc in Hyderabad with one and half year Hotel Management course through Setwin.
He is an assiduous towards the work, before joining Minerva Group, he has worked at “Butta Group of Hotels” for 9 years as 3 unit’s Head Operations Manager (Secunderabad, Begumpet and TCS Canteen Sy Energy Park), handling a staff of 340 Employees and prior to that he has worked for various organizations like “Ohri’s Banjara” as Restaurant Manager for a period of 4 years. He has worked in hospitality industry for more than 16 years in his career and has managed Outdoor catering services for nearly 5000 persons from planning to controlling the wastages and to maximize the profits. He had started his career in hospitality industry as a part time employee in Pizza Hut.
