Mr. Allampati Vijayavardhan Reddy
Mr. A. Vijayavardhan Reddy hails from a business and entrepreneurial family from Alluru, Nellore district, Andhra Pradesh
Mr. Reddy completed his Masters in Commerce degree in the year 1981, from reputed institute Sri Venkateshwara University.
After completion of his master degree Mr. Reddy along with Mr. P Prabhakar Reddy stared Blue Fox Restaurant in the year 1982 to accomplish his entrepreneurship ambition. It was a brave decision in the early 80’s to enter the unknown sphere of hospitality industry.
In the year 1986 Mr. Reddy and Mr. P. Prabhakar Reddy started prestigious Palace Heights Restaurant, then an iconic landmark at Abids, Hyderabad.
In the year 1987 Mr. Reddy established popular Vegetarian fine dine Restaurant Minerva Coffee shop, at Himayath Nagar, Hyderabad.
In the year 2002 he started Blue Fox and Minerva coffee shop at Ameerpet, Hyderabad. In 2003 he commenced Blue Fox and Minerva Coffee Shop at Vijayawada.
Since establishment of first restaurant, Mr. Reddy’s focus has been on good food, better service, courtesy and family environment to soothe the guest and develop the restaurant culture in the city.
Mr. Reddy started Minerva Grand Hotels in the year 2005, along with his wife Smt. A. Indira on his own to launch the flagship Minerva Grand Secunderabad.
In 2010 a 3 star hotel along with restaurants and banquet halls in Vijayawada was established as Minerva Grand Vijayawada at MG Road.
Mr. Reddy is a visionary and he believes in flexibility and wants to redefine the hospitality business. To encompass eye for detail, courtesy to guests, comfort and value for money.
Smt. Allampati Indira
Smt. Allampati Indira, wife of Mr. Allampati Vijayavardhan Reddy is the other director on the board of the company, She is a Post Graduate and was partner in Minerva Coffee Shop, Himayath Nagar, She is responsible for strategic planning of F&B sales and day-to-day operations of the company
Mr. Allampati Lokeshwar Reddy
Who has completed his B.E (Civil Engineering) from CBIT, Hyderabad in 2014 & Masters in Constructions Management from University of Texas at Arlington, USA in 2015. He has been inducted on the Board of Directors of SHPL in April 2017. He has excellent techno-commercial Skills & has used them in synergy with day-to-day Hotels & Restaurants Operations.
