Minerva Grand Banjara is Boutique business hotel with 43 rooms & a Grand Suite, conveniently located 25 Kms (30 minutes drive) from the International Airport and 6 Kms (15 minutes drive) from Nampally Railway Station in the pride of Hyderabad. The Banjara Hills, right in the corporate hub of the city and with a close proximity to the places of interest. It is a place to be where you will be in the company of who’s who. It houses a Blue Fox; a board room; Summit, the Banquet hall and a Gymnasium. The flagship, Hotel Minerva Grand, a 3 star Boutique Business Hotel was conceptualized & Commissioned in 2005 at Secunderabad. The group has been growing from strength to strength, with expansion at Ameerpet; Road No. 2 & 11, Banjara Hills, Kondapur (Hitech city side), Vijayawada, Tirupati& Nellore. As On date, Minerva Grand Boutique Business Hotels & restaurants have a strong presence in four cities of two Telugu States of South India – TS & AP, respectively.

Today Group has 10 operating hotels & standalone restaurants at two locations @ Hyderabad. Group has very recently opened & added to its Portfolio the 11th Hotel Minerva Grand Kompally, Hyderabad. Kompally is the latest growth Hotspot in the Suburbs oh Hyderabad. It has been seeing steady growth of industries in the nearby Jeedimetla & Medchal; Industrial belts in the last few years & recent mushrooming of Luxurious gated Communities of upmarket Villas as well as of apartment complexes. Retail has also very recently seen a sudden prolific growth, so much so, that One names a Brand & will find it there from Mufti, Metro to Big Bazaar, West side to Tanishq to Cine Planet & so on. There has been immense growth of health care sector on this side of town. It has also been a Hub of many Convention Centres as well as many Hotels & Restaurants, too have come up in Kompally. In very recent times. There seems to be getting into a situation of fair balance between Demand & Supply Creation.
